Called Ed at the Montclair store. He had some hard to find frames in stock and helped me through the entire process. Professional, courteous, and quick. I had gone to Zenni Optical and went through a month of hassles. Walked into LensCrafters this morning and picked up my glasses this afternoon. I can’t say enough great things about Ed at the Montclair store except GIVE HIM A RAISE! Ed is the reason I will be a returning customer.
You get scratch coating and they don't warranty it. Why pay to get it.
