The doctor and staff are great!! I lost my glasses while on vacation. Even before I got started, they checked my last eye exam and made sure they had the lenses they needed. I have a strong prescription so my lenses usually have to be ordered. They took the time to look up and go through my insurance and made sure I was getting the best deal. They got me in for an exam and had a pair of glasses in a day and a half.

In less than 6 months the coating on the lens has started coming off making it very difficult to see. Took them back to the store and the manager tried to blame it on the cleaning products used even though we told him they were purchased in his store. He goes on to say that we would have to buy a one year warranty for $36 and pay an additional $25 to have them replaced. When asked if the coating could be removed he said no way. He was not apologetic and very unhelpful. DO NOT BUY GLASSES HERE!

I needed a spare pair of contacts because I accidentally left my contacts at home. These people wasted an 1 hour, charged me $61 dollars for a box of contacts that I'm not even sure are the right kind, and LIED. The snotty woman told me the cost were $34 for a box, then told me the total was $61. I asked how it could cost $61 when the contacts were $34. She said TAXES AND SHIPPING. I said, "yall are a lot more expensive than Columbia." She said, "it must be the different tax rates." I checked my receipt when I walked out and... read more
