Recently visited to get a new pair of Rx sunglasses. I was surprised how well and easy the tele-optometry exam was, and the store has a large selection of glasses. The service and employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Hanna and Gatlin were great. I’ll definitely return in the future and highly recommend.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff was rushed and pushy, trying to upsell me on glasses even though I was clear about what I needed. They also provided outdated information about my lenses and didn’t provide cases for them. Ultimately, I felt overcharged and decided to take my business elsewhere.”
