Went to Lenscrafters today to have some glasses tightened. The employees there seemed to have better things to do than help customers out. I usually leave there extremely satisfied and I always have the same woman wait on me/help me. But the 3 employees there today really need to find different jobs because customer service is not their specialty.
Deliver glasses within the time frame promised, and do not close your location early ESPECIALLY knowing someone is on their way to pick up the glasses they have already purchased!!!

Everyone was very helpful. Dr Eric West was fantastic. Very personable. Meredith the consultant really took the time to help me and you could tell she genuinely enjoys her job. I will be back.
