Terrible customer service. I went and asked if my Visual insurance was accepted, and was told to wait a few minutes for the data to be fetched. After 20 minutes I asked again, which they told me the same thing. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting, and realizing people that arrived after me were being assisted, I realized I was wasting time here. We walked in and Izzy helped set up an appointment for a same day eye exam, and she was knowledgeable about the progressive lenses, etc. The eye exam cost much cheaper than at the Target optometry at Irvine Spectrum, which was reasonably priced at $80. Dr Bui was professional and attentive and Jennifer the optometrist assistant was pleasant. Overall great experience, but wish they had more affordable, basic frames for men.
Walked in because I needed the nose piece replaced on my favorite sunglasses. Izzy had me in and out in 5 minutes with no charge!
