However, Mr. Phong who is the general manager of the location took time to understand my concerns and once understood he took action and took care of me. Thank you Mr. Phong. Izzy was fantastic.She was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, patient and very normal. For a young woman she was very emotionally intelligent as well. I am a Physician and it was wonderful to see a young woman who understands customer service. I would absolutely recommend her to my patients and colleagues.
