Trudy at LensCrafters was wonderful! I needed progressive lenses and help picking frames that actually looked good on me, and she was so patient and helpful the whole time. She really took the time to find the perfect pair for my needs. I didn’t expect the visit to go this smoothly, but it did! With appointment having to wait 40+ minutes…then placed on hold for 5+ minutes!
Izzy was super helpful when I needed a glasses adjustment! I came in desperate and she was able to adjust my glasses super quickly and efficiently. She was really nice and swift and professional. The facilities are super clean and huge! Ample parking too.
