Super friendly dude helped me fixed my sunglasses today
I recently went and the service was terrible, it took them more than 2 hours to approve my purchase. They said the problem was mine, and when I called my card it turns out that they had problems in their system. The card was supposed to offer me 12 months without interest that they did not want to respect and when they called me supposedly to help me they spoke to me rudely and did not help me at all and the only option they gave me was to cancel the 2 pairs of glasses and I only paid for the consultation with the doctor and... read more
I’ve been dealing with severe eye strain and migraines, especially while driving at night, and LensCrafters remade my glasses three separate times without any clear communication. For three weeks, I’ve had to constantly follow up on my own with no updates. When I finally managed to speak with a manager, he was rude and completely dismissive of my concerns. After all the time, frustration, and health issues I’ve gone through, this has been an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend.

Fantastic customer service from the entire team! I was there late on a Sunday and never felt rushed, even though it was past closing time. The store looks great and is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Very modern with a huge selection and a huge selection of sunglasses as well. Thank you again.
