Morgan was extremely patient in adjusting my glasses yesterday. My glasses were extremely difficult to adjust. She worked with us over an hour and never showed any frustration. Wonderful customer service!

I've used this LensCrafters location over the last 3 years and appreciate the time and attention to detail they take from the eye exam to my selection of frames. Only thing I was disappointed in this time is that none of the LensCrafters makes your glasses while you wait, but that's not the fault of the individuals in the stores as that was a corporate decision and not individual stores, still great service in the store and overall
I moved here from Cedar Rapids, Iowa where I purchased 5 Pairs of glasses from Lenscrafters and was very happy with them. I have purchased one pair of glasses here and found the customer service to be horrible!!!
