I bought eye glasses and Rayban prescription sunglasses, they are rude to work with and they constantly try to up sell you. I picked up my raybans and there was a scratch in the orange tint that I paid extra for and she told me it wasn’t anything to worry about. I call for prescription questions and she tells me if I have any questions to just come to the store and hung up. If you accidentally cal the glasses side instead of eye exam wide they hang up on you. It’s a joke. I won’t go there again.

We had to wait an hour just to get our glasses adjusted. Nice staff.
They have been fantastic in their customer service and care. I had eye surgery and was told I'd likely need two lens changes within a few months as my eyes healed. I got the original lenses out of state, came back to my home state and needed new lenses. I was 2 months past their 30 day guarantee / remake policy but they remade the new prescription for free!
