They moved to Orem, super store !! Clarify is in Utah, perfect prescription. Do it, you will SEE the difference.
I have been coming here for years, and have recommended this location to numerous people, all of which have had wonderful experiences. Monday when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted immediately, and within minutes my exam had started. In the end Kynnaston helped me check out with new glasses and contacts, she was super sweet and very helpful. I cant wait to see the new location in the University Mall.
This experience was the worst ever at a retail store in some time. The person who helped us was distant, withdrawn, had zero empathy and did not listen or pay attention to what we were saying. I would probably have completed my purchase except for the attempt to upsell me on frames and the sardonic little smile from the associate .
