Got my eye exam and glasses done here! First we had to wait to process glasses! Said there was a glitch with there system and they were trying to charge us for our 2nd pair. Said we already used the insurance. Than 2 weeks later received a call and said my glasses have the wrong prescription. Said there was a glitch in their system. Manager didn’t want to deal with the issue and made an employee handle it. The employee kept saying it’s ok we caught it. Nope it’s not ok. Horrible customer service.�
Worst business ever. Took my money and my personal frames and over a month later still no lenses. Finally got a refund but I would NEVER do business with these liars again.
