Awful Customer Service. 8/7 make $2K purchase. 8/17 Call to request status, placed on hold SEVEN MINUTES, then ask my name to check order, then say glasses not ready. Then ARGUE 8/7-8/17 is not 10 days.
I had a great experience here. Excellent customer service, great glasses, a little pricey, but I can live with that. �
Worst experience, do not waste the trip. Mess up progressive lens twice.
So far, so bad. Glasses I got November 9 giving me eye pain and headaches, all I get here is bad service and lack of concern
