Worst experience ever: The issue at hand revolves around two pairs of glasses I purchased. One of the glasses was fine, while the other had a defect. The company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. I initially visited the store on June 12th to report the issue with the defective glasses. The Eye care itself is fantastic. The front desk staff not fantastic. Quite horrible really. They will answer the phone not let you speak and just put you on hold. Keep you on hold for 23 minutes until you give up and hang up. All I needed was a receipt and truly could have quickly given my email address and have them email it to when they have time. I understand being overworked and understaffed but 23 minutes on hold and I truly wish I was over exaggerating but I'm not. It made me feel completely unimportant so my husband ... read more

I went into the LensCrafters at the Mall of New Hampshire on 04/30/23 for their 40th anniversary sale. I left very disappointed after I found out that you could only take advantage of their 40% sale if I wasn’t using my eye insurance which is completely counter-intuitive and deceptive. I was going to purchase some prescription glasses along with a pair sunglasses but if I used my insurance for the prescription, I could not get the sale. I wanted to place a review for Jillian at Lenscrafters, Valencia, California. I was pleasantly surprised to receive exemplary customer service by her when addressing my concerns. She went out of her way and made me feel as if she was helping a friend. I have had issues with retailers in the past. Saw Dr. Collins in January 2023 and was told my eye pressure was elevated and they would refer me to an Ophthalmologist. I was told that day I would hear from someone in 2-3 weeks. I haven't heard from their office since the day I left. I have called their office over the last 3 weeks to follow up and left several detailed messages requesting a call back. No one has called me back. I guess my eye health is no concern of her or her staff.

Unlike when I orginally came in January the rep was knowledgeable of what had happened then. My glasses were supposed to be bi-focal/reading and the orginal order got screwed up even when I came back the first time to have it corrected and I the Causian women took measurments etc and told me I could pay when I came and pick up the lenses.
