They don’t stand behind their products. Lenses became so scratched and coating began to flake off. Ordered new lenses and and was told their cleaning supplies may scratch the lenses if you don’t use a certain amount of cleaning liquid. Too bad their products don’t say that. Asked for refund on the 25.00 insurance claim and it was denied. Have only cleaned them using their products.

We do all your respect: waiting list too long, bad customer service, where they answer question are not in a really good way, more that 1 hour and a half. Contract more people or analyze when is the high moment in your store. Really disappointed.
They truly took care of my son and went the extra mile to give him the glasses he wanted.

They ask me to come in 10 minutes before my appointment as I'd never been here before. Check in and sit down. 10 minutes go by no one tells me what the heck is going on. Finally I'm taken to a room, they ask me some questions then tell me I have to wait. I see other people go in who got in after me. Then they take me to another room do other tests and again tell me i have to wait. Its now an hour since I got here and the Dr. finally calls me in to walk out and start speaking to other people.
