Being in customer service, I try to not speak to the bad of an issue, but with my recent experience at Lenscrafters, this needs to be shared far and wide.. I am very disappointed in Lenscrafters; specifically the Central Florida area manager.... We have been generational customers, and in trying to fix an issue, we were told that the District area manager had no time to speak to us, and that we were not important enough. Don’t waste your time. I scheduled an appointment back in February for July. They took it upon themselves to change the time which obvious did not work. When I advised them of such, they were rude and would not listen.
RecommendedEvery person in this store has been so kind and helpful to me. Every time my crazy dog eats my glasses hahaha. The last time I had to come in one of the techs stayed late to make sure I got glasses today. So incredibly kind and passionate about making sure we can all see. Thank you!
Have been using LensCrafters all my adult life in Indiana. Come to this one to get an eye exam and spent $300 for glasses. I get them and the change they made on my right eye is so much it causes nausea and pain. I was told to come in after work and they would re-evaluate and do a new exam. I come and they try and tell me it’s allergies...🙄. So they say they can’t do the reExam today. Staff very friendly and helpful! Quick and efficient when providing service. Facilities were very clean and well kept.
Very friendly, every employee recognized and acknowledged you were there.
They are so nice and professional I had my puppy with me and they welcomed her right in. I live my Tiffany and Company glasses.
