Until my glasses are actually delivered and correct i may reconsider. After almost a month its frustrating especially after buy a 12 month extended warranty that a month is gone before you even get the glasses

After writing a positive review for the initial appointment (and after past poor experiences) I can honestly write that I don't advise shopping @LensCrafters Robinson Mall, Pittsburgh. Aggravating time wasters. Save yourself some time & frustration. Life's too short & there's plenty of other places to get glasses. (LensCrafters has a "form" to fill out for problems. Super friendly staff. Gone there for years.
Terrible service!! We are on day 17 and still no glasses! What is worse no answers, not one associate keeps notes in their system so when you call to check status - you get to go through the whole scenario each time. The "lab" has all the answers (the lab that you cannot call) but somehow the associates believe that saying the lab hasn't answered them is an appropriate answer. NEVER GO THERE!!!!! I was stupid enough to get an Eye Exam at the Lenscrafters store in Robinson. (My regular eye doctor retired, and I was seeking an alternative.) Now, a year later, I am being HARASSED with phone calls, emails, letters, cards "reminding me" to make a new appointment. You sleazeballs even made an appointment, without my knowledge or permission.
