Just got my new transition glasses from Lens Crafters (Cottman Avenue - Roosevelt Mall) and i put then to the test today since its sunny outside. I have to say that i actually like them. They fit ny face like a glove and are very comfortable. I will be getting my prescription sunglasses from here in the near future.
Customer service, 0! The saleslady was very unfriendly and made all choices for us without even mentioning there were different, more affordable options and she still made it look like she was giving us the biggest deal of our lifetime. Very dishonest and selfish service! Stay away for your own good!
I went in to have glasses ajusted they broke, thank you onesite program for new glasses n look.
Its hit or miss. The people are pretty good...worth 4 stars, and the doctors in the back are good, but the equipment is old, and often breaks, resulting in delays. Also if you have a script like mine (5.25 and 6) they have to mail order it anyway.
