Do NOT go there! I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses there. The sunglasses were made incorrectly. Plastic lenses were ordered, but polycarbonate was put in. On the first trip back (because one side was darker than the other)they again tried to put more dye on them. When they brought them to me I pointed out that there was a spot where there was no color. I was told, "That is just a speck, there are silver flakes all over the place back there". When the woman tried to clean them, more coating peeled off. At that point the... read more

I bought a necklace from LightYears for my boyfriend for Christmas. The necklace was to hold a Native American pendant he got when in New Mexico for his best friend's wedding. Clearly the pendant had a lot of sentimental value. A month after I gave it to him (note it was more than a month after I bought it for him), the necklace just fell apart, causing his irreplaceable pendant to shatter on a tile floor. HIGHWAY ROBBERY – I GOT A PRICE FOR GLASSES....$1300 ......????NO WAY!!!!LESS DISCOUNTS WAS $1000....TOLD HIM HE WAS NUTS!!!!! LAST PAIR WE GOT WAS $500......SO WE WENT TO SEARS....GOT SAME FRAMES....EVERYTHING ELSE THE SAME & A INS. POLICY FOR A YEAR FOR $550, SO WHAT IS WRONG HERE???? IS THIS PLACE A RIP OFF OR WHAT???
