Tried to order multiple transactions because I kept getting emails days later that glasses were out of stock yet still available to order on their site, I still have pending refunds/transactions and now their website domain is for sale :/. sketchy. Seems like a front for 'other' business. 0 stars is not an option.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. Over the course of 3 MONTH I was repeatedly told it was a supplier shortage. They couldn’t give me a time frame. Costumer service is sporadic to say the least, like they will contact you, if they feel like it. Instead of trying to chase down my order, one day they simply just refunded my money. Thanks for nothing. Thank goodness I decided in the meantime to order from somewhere else, and I got that order in a week and a half. So much for supplier shortage. Don’t waste ... read more

This is a scam! They never sent my package or a tracking number! Its been over 4 weeks still nothing. I keep emailing them! Theyre ignoring all my emails.

we placed an order 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the shipment. they have no one replying your email, no contact number at all. they took your money right after you place the order. I have to contact my credit card company to get my money back now.
