I have to say that I’ve had an overall pleasant experience with this management company. It’s obviously different for other folks who took the time to write a review here. But I’ve lived at my property for almost 8 years now, and we’ve seen a few management groups come through during that time. terribly, they do not listen. any excuse to avoid accountability. A pipe burst in one of there walls causing my unit to attract roaches, they took for ever to fix the pipe, there first roach technician failed to do his job. Then management called me liar and said there were no roaches in my apartment.

I would stay away from this property management company at all cost. They will omit critical information that would stop you from renting. Specifically at 320 S Occidental. Almost got conned into moving in there and luckily ran into 3 tenets as i was moving in that told me to run as far away as I could. And they kept $2,000 for the "inconvenience" i caused them. Greedy and predatory. This woman actually said to me word for word "This is Koreatown, where do you think you are, Beverly Hills??"
