Horrible never recommended
Called to get info on a new home purchase, the rep acted like I was interrupting her day and I literally had to pull information out of her. They aren't interested in selling new homes apparently....I can only imagine what their service is like AFTER you've given them your money. No thank you.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I've had issues with my brand new home that are covered under warrant . A minor issue became a major issue due to their lack of customer service and response time (over a year). I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want a quality built home then I suggest to look elsewhere. There are things that I am finding that were never finished. These people take no pride in their work.
