When I originally made my appointment for my MRI, I was told to go to the location in New City. When I got there today, I was told they did not have my appointment in their system. The woman at the front desk looked in her computer and told me I was scheduled at the location on 303. She called ahead and told them that I was on my way. As soon as I got there, I was greeted with such kindness and respect. MRI- took 3 hours with confirmed appointment Staff was nice but MRI should have been completed in 1 hour.

Friendly staff.
Honestly these people make things unnecessarily difficult. Poor customer service and poor quality. I would recommend going elsewhere
