"Prospective tenants should be aware that the 'Drug-Free' policy in the lease is not enforced here. For months, I have reported a heavy, nightly marijuana odor that seeps into my apartment. Despite the lease explicitly prohibiting drug use under any circumstances, management has done nothing to stop it from contaminating the air inside my home.
