Ive never left a review before in my life but this has been absolutely painful to get ahold of or talk to anyone in the leasing office. I moved out a month ago and need my security deposit back. I have called once a day for a month and can not get ahold of anyone. The manager also never replies to any emails and that was consistent with when I lived there as well. Great place to live, leasing office impossible to get ahold of.
We have only just moved into this building and in impressed at how quickly everything gets fixed. Thank you to Mariia for all your help, you've been awesome. Shout out to Shareef from Maintenance for coming to our apartment and in 24hrs fixing every little thing that we had issues with. This includes air conditioners not cooling properly, cupboard doors not closing, a leaky faucet - this man is a gem and we thank you!
maintenance issues not getting resolved for 2 daya at a time. No contact number and no follow up... very frustrating.
Luis and the whole maintenance team were a huge help in our recent move. Their work is outstanding. Thank you!
