We have been residents at the Lenox for almost two years now and absolutely love living here! The staff is so friendly and helpful and it feels so great to be part of the Lenox community. In particular, Shareef on the maintenance team always goes above and beyond for any of our maintenance requests. He is always so happy and eager to help and does such an exceptional job. We love working with him!
1. there's a day care near by, and kids seem to be tortured since they are queued in a line under the sun singing loudly, loud enough that you can hear from 10th floor with all window closed. 2. Pool management. Specifically this is a complaint against Mathais(the lifeguard onduty at Lenox from 10-11am on 2025Jun18). The maintenance technician, Shareef, did an exceptional job of cleaning the poorly working dryer. He also provided professional guidance with regards to a perpetually grimy dishwasher that barely works. We’ve had to do a second hand wash of all our baby’s dishes and utensils to be sure everything was clean enough. We now have the tools to get the most from these appliances.
