maintenance issues not getting resolved for 2 daya at a time. No contact number and no follow up... very frustrating.

Luis is awesome! He goes above and beyond to really hear out our concerns in the apartment from shifting floor panels to leaking ceilings he fixes them all promptly. When I know my ticket is assigned to Luis I feel reassured that it will be addressed. Thank you Luis!
It has been over 2 months and we are still yet to receive our security deposit. Management seems unable to correctly mail a check to an address on three separate attempts (or has no intention of returning the deposit). EDIT: It has been three months and we still have not received our security deposit. Our emails and phone calls have been routinely ignored.
UPDATE 2/11/2026: Following management's public reply suggesting we "work together to find a resolution," I spoke with them today. Unfortunately, the public-facing "helpfulness" is a complete facade. The conversation was dismissive and utterly arrogant.
