I misunderstood a term on the lease, but Lenox staff Louna offered to help, and kindly helped me over that issue on that same day. I disputed with the management team before, yet this time they still offered help to me -- they didn't need to do so, and the help was beyond the lease, very impressive. I stayed in 5 places across 3 states since I left home, 4 of them have a google review score above 4, the management team of Lenox is the most professional team among that I've ever seen. We moved in about 2 months ago and continue to be impressed with the quality of the leasing office and maintenance teams. Always willing to help or solve any issues. Very personable staff all around. Luis and George go above and beyond. Thanks!
Great Location and the Complex is very clean. Very easy to get to New York. Mariia, the agent was very helpful and clear about what this complex has to offer and gave the best customer experience possible.
Fully aware about their garage issues (Little Man Garage: $275/month), Hines Management has the nerve to place flyers on top of your car if it is temporarily parked downstairs due to the automatic rooms being down. There is limited public parking outside and I refuse to pay for street parking when I already pay a monthly fee. These issues are extremely frequent and draining…and no measures have been taken to fully fix the problem in the past 2 years of living here despite what they are saying online.
