Fully aware about their garage issues (Little Man Garage: $275/month), Hines Management has the nerve to place flyers on top of your car if it is temporarily parked downstairs due to the automatic rooms being down. There is limited public parking outside and I refuse to pay for street parking when I already pay a monthly fee. I lived here back in 2022 and just horrible experience with downstairs Karen’s over noise which is APARTMENT LIVING. the parking garage is also a nightmare. Came back to check it out again in 2025 and the parking garage is still a nightmare LOLLLLL rebooting, moving the car, people waiting for three garages to open. Cars not coming down. Just made me mad again and glad I moved out a long time ago. If you have a car, don’t move here. Parking will make you angry. The views aren’t worth it!!
Shareef was such a huge help when our washing machine broke this weekend. He was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we were back up and running as soon as possible. Absolutely stellar work!
We have been residents at the Lenox for almost two years now and absolutely love living here! The staff is so friendly and helpful and it feels so great to be part of the Lenox community. In particular, Shareef on the maintenance team always goes above and beyond for any of our maintenance requests. He is always so happy and eager to help and does such an exceptional job. We love working with him!
