Other then his mouth being numb for a while he had no complaints.

I've never been so comfortable and so welcoming at a dentist office as I was yesterday at Lenoir Family Dentistry. You all made me feel so comfortable and so not ashamed. Great, very caring staff. Dr. Sheffield makes me feel comfortable about being around a dentist after a lifetime of anxiety and fear.
The Dentist and dentil assistant was good. I just had unpleasant issues with the young lady at the office window. Being put on hold each time I would call . many times I waited on hold for 10-15mins. I would hang up and call be to her the office assistant say" oh sorry I forgot you" this happened repeatedly. Might I add this is Poor Communion skills as a Professional.
Everybody was very kind and extremely helpful.
Went in for root canal. Dr. Sheffield broke drill bit off in my tooth, could not get it out. Referred me to a specialist. Failed to tell me I would have a difficult time finding someone to complete her work. She refuses to talk with me when I call and does not return my phone calls. In addition, I'm expected to pay for a root canal that wasn't finished and pay for a specialist to correct her mistake. Very disappointed in the professionalism of Dr. Sheffield.
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, everyone was very professional, I would recommend the Office to any of my friends that was looking for a dentist. - Darin rosenberger
