I called to say I was moving into their jurisdiction and was having issues with signing up online. The response was some snarky HR rep asking why I didn't know I was supposed to send them an email or show up in person for that information. I asked if there was any more to it before driving over and she finally gets around to the list of things I need to bring with me.
Very difficult to do business with at the Cedar Bluff location in trying to set up auto-pay. And they’re certainly not friendly!
