Actually it was a book signing event to be held in the garden outside Lenoir but had to be moved next door at Metier Cook's Supply due to oncoming rain. Still, I had a delightful time with Colu Henri, the author of back pocket pasta , and her husband Chad. We sipped a delicious Italian wine and had a very interesting beet pasta with goat cheese, nuts and pesto. I love those evenings.
We had a delicious dinner on Valentine's Day! The flavors were uniquely combined and very tasty! The portion sizes in the prefix menu were perfect!
