I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for Mike and Jose at Lennox Parts Plus. These guys go above and beyond and always seem to surprise me with their kind and courteous service. This company is truly the best supplier I have ever dealt with in my 25 years in business. Keep up the good work, guys, and never change.
I ordered a coil that was under warranty. Told me 3 days even though they have plenty in the pompano location. I call in, they sold the coil I ordered to another company because they are a bigger company. That is not how you run a company, that is the most unprofessional and unethical company practice I’ve ever seen. Their response was to give me attitude when I asked how they plan to resolve the blatant disregard for my customer.
