Wouldn't not let the home inspector do a complete job, told him he was allowed to open the electrical panel, he was not allowed to even open the attic, no checking the roof. Trailer homes from the 70s are built better than Lennar homes. Yhey are clowns
It's a shame because the house is beautiful and it would be so easy for this to be 5 stars. If you are interested in a new build so you don't have a "fixer upper" and warranty is included, don't bother with Lennar. Their warranty department is horrid. They will say whatever they have to in order to not include anything in warranty and any repairs on a brand new home will be entirely on you without question. I don't feel that I should have to figure out what is wrong with the electric in my house that is causing my dryer to trip a breaker occasionaly. The house is brand new and purchased in Feb 2024. I've missed several days of work accomdating their schedule to be home while they attempt to figure out the problem. We purchased a house from Lennar with dryer included.
