Generous sized homes with three car garages. Lennar was great to work with, not perfect, but neither was I during the process. The home is built well. Get a pre-foundation poor inspection, pre-drywall inspection, and a pre-closing inspection. Scope your sewer line!!! I would never buy a home without all of these inspections.
