Don't give them a dime to hold a home for you, gave them 3,000 dollars and decided to go elsewhere. They said the refund would take five weeks to hit our checking account and still in a waiting game. Funny how they want your money now but can't refund your money back to you for that long.. sounds like a scam.
I do not understand the 1 star ratings here because someone couldn't drive through under construction zone or 4 stars even tough they liked house plans. I visited one Paddington home for rental here and fell in love with the plan. Its a perfect location for schooling and a great place to stay with parks and businesses nearby. Indy Downtown is a very short ride. House construction quality was really great and all houses here felt premium with every home having Morning Room. Definitely worth moving !
Lennar has nice floor plans at this subdivision. Best thing is almost all their plans have a bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor. All floor plans have a sunroom.
