We are loving our Lennar new build- we have been in Triple Creek for a year now. No issues with the home, minor fixes BUT Lennar came out and fixed chipped paint and other small things for FREE! Our house is literally perfect, the neighborhood is beautiful. We are raising our baby girl here and have made plenty of friends our age that also have kids. Big plus is how Goddard is here. Heard they are opening in Hyde Park, but how cool to have them here without even leaving the community.

I won’t buy a Lennar home ever again. They warranty basically nothing after closing. You better find it with. The 45 min closing or you will be paying for it. Find another builder!!! The builder of my last home came and fixed everything up to a year after the build. Lennar says no builder does that, well I guess they just don’t want to know.
