It’s been less than a year and pieces of my home are falling apart. Submitted a service request to have someone fix my issue the beginning of the week (Monday) and it’s now Thursday with no notification on when or if someone will be coming out. Disappointed as a first time home buyer. Update: our field reps are awesome…always on time and communication is top notch.
