Decent houses but taking long for solar panel system to get activated. When you call Lennar they pass it to the solar installation contractor. When you try to call the solar contractor, there's no response.

I hired my own inspector who found cracked/slipped/broken roof tiles on my Lennar home. Lennar sent the roofer up once and did the bare minimum. Even after escalation they have only confirmed they will only be replacing two tiles, not all of the ones needing repair, and despite repeated requests I’ve never received written confirmation that the full roof would be fixed. Average homes with average build quality with below average sales executive. I wanted to buy a lennar home but once I visited and saw their build quality with cracks in their concrete slabs , I backed out. They offer some discounts but that's because of volume and build quality issues. Their sales executive are horrible and are not polite and helpful. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else.
