Decent houses but taking long for solar panel system to get activated. When you call Lennar they pass it to the solar installation contractor. When you try to call the solar contractor, there's no response. After 10 months of ownership the quality of the house is below average for us. The customer service is poor and are experts in making excuses. The house has poor noise insulation and the house or it's materials expand and contract loudly. If I have to make a decision again I will buy house from another builder.

Lennar does not care about the quality or the workmanship in its houses. They just have one and only one intention, making money. Look at the exterior and interior design, I mean who does these designs. Second, the tiles, carpentry, and roof works are so ordinary and out of place. They have not noticed the leveling around the kitchen sink where water needs to flow to sink and not outwards. The floor tiles are so bad. And, the staffs are so unhelpful, can't even explain over here. The company policy of charging the customers ... read more

Update: LENNAR IS THE WORST EVER!!!!!! _______ As a first-time homebuyer, working with Lennar has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I expected much better communication throughout the process, but instead I constantly had to reach out myself for updates and to find out what the next steps were. Documents were emailed to me for signature without any explanation of what they were, why they were important, or even a courtesy call letting me know to watch for them.
