Although the sales team and the builders are good. Their Loan department is HELL. Especially Austin, he will make life and the process hard for no reason. The HOA is beyond expensive for them not to allow you to have more than 4ft of privet fencing. For the location to have so many ponds behinds the homes and not allow 6ft privacy fence to protect your children is beyond insane. Excellent customer service
Major rodent problems that cost thousands of dollars to fix. Plus my house flooded 40k worth of damage which I had to file an insurance claim. Don't buy in this neighborhood. Lennar will tell you it's not there problem. Even when your house is under warranty.
Had a great experience with Gregg. He were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process, making it a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended!
