Paid $700,000 for a home. The A/C will drop the temp about 14 degrees when it is hot outside, they tell me it is working as planned. I don’t think they sit in their homes or office at 86 degrees when it is 100 degrees outside. I don’t think you want to for $500,000+ either. Build with someone who is upfront about the quality of their build and their contractors because Lennar is not.
Although the sales team and the builders are good. Their Loan department is HELL. Especially Austin, he will make life and the process hard for no reason. The HOA is beyond expensive for them not to allow you to have more than 4ft of privet fencing. For the location to have so many ponds behinds the homes and not allow 6ft privacy fence to protect your children is beyond insane.
