I can't explain how disappointed I was with the communication with the Lennar team after I purchased my home. It's horrible. A man (his job is to handle emergency calls) responded poorly to me because I had been calling them several times to fix my serious water issue (they hadn't come to my house to fix a water problem in days). Lennar gave me a phone number for any urgent issues I had with the house, but this man forgets that his job is to help the customer and resolve them as best as possible. Beautiful & affordable Home .
The golf course has improved substantially from the original Cooperhead design. Greens have many unulations and water comes into play several times. It should be noted that housing construction is on going all over the course.
