Buying a home with Lennar is the worst thing you can do. They ask for deposit up front, but they don’t even check your credit to make sure you’ll get qualify until the house is built By then, if you don’t get qualify, they take your money, and they do not Reimburse you. Even though they said they do. LIES! Also, you pay so much money for these homes in a GATED community, but the gates are always broken. I can't explain how disappointed I was with the communication with the Lennar team after I purchased my home. It's horrible. A man (his job is to handle emergency calls) responded poorly to me because I had been calling them several times to fix my serious water issue (they hadn't come to my house to fix a water problem in days). Lennar gave me a phone number for any urgent issues I had with the house, but this man forgets that his job is to help the customer and resolve them as best as possible. The golf course has improved substantially from the original Cooperhead design. Greens have many unulations and water comes into play several times. It should be noted that housing construction is on going all over the course.
