A terrible development. Tiny lot sizes. Destroying green spaces and rural communities and adding to traffic, like everything that Lennar does. Accidents are inevitable with how straight the streets laid out by them are and the lack of roundabouts. Like freeways. Streets need curves. There are no trees. Not palm trees, real trees with shade to protect you from sunburn and rain on your walk. No parks. Lawlessness reigns and where's zoning when you need it?
