Love Fox meadows. Super easy to show my clients homes here and as an agent not having to worry if someone is there or out to lunch when I setup showings makes it one of my favorite places to show when it comes to new construction.
Beautiful homes however, not the best of quality. 2 months into the purchase of my new construction home & the kitchen counter chipped with a small bang to it. I would assume this is a manufacturer defect as it is uncommon for a kitchen counter to start chipping away. The tile company that Lennar used was very rude and immediately redirected me back to Lennar for a work order since it’s under a year warranty.
