There are rows and rows of cow farms down the street. It smells horrible. This community is so packed parking is a nightmare! It feels like a jail. There’s no night lights yet, everything is still a mess but they want people moving in already.
We recently closed Lennar told me solar can be set up in about a month the solar company they partnered with went bankrupt two weeks after closing now I have an energy efficient house with no solar and Lennar doesn’t want to help. Also the next phase released had lower price point. Don’t buy from here!
Don’t buy. Poorly built. We purchased in Anaheim and Lennar put in a cheap fence that is easily broken into by transients. Lennar replaced with a brick wall that is the exact same size.
