The area is nice, but HOA is not good
It is a wonderful community and builders are very talented. Unfortunately, I must said that price is to high for the location, Location, Location, In addition the mello Russ tax, and home owners association HOA, definitely not acceptable, a retired community, HOA, MR TAX, is a hectic burden over the time, specially for those on fixed income, definitely have to think it twice or more to avoid to fall into to a trap.
