Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
The finishes are low quality, and the prices are high considering what they provide you for the flooring and cabinets, and layout for that matter. Single family homes basically have no backyard. It's a case of maximizing profits for the company without giving in exchange something nice to the home buyer for that price.
