Gate closed at night. No response from attendant and call button didn’t work. Number given to us is disconnected.
The only garage i could find parking for concert at the Anthem The guys working were super helpful and friendly Garage was well lit, clean. Will definitely park here again. Easy walk to The Wharf.
Easy to use parking garage. There are multiple elevators to enter the building but only a few are accessible without a key card. This was a little disorienting as I was arriving for a morning meeting and had to use a service elevator to get to the ground floor and then find the building my meeting was in. Additionally the stoplight in the garage signage was incorrectly located. The sign required you to stop for the light about six feet before the sensor for the light. Reserved through spothero for a concert. Went to exit garage and there was no attendant to take the spothero reservation when leaving (even though the garage says there is). Had to pay the garage price on top of reservation. Several other concert goers had the same issue. Never using this place again.
Advertised as 24/7 but no way to get in as a pedestrian after 10pm and call buttons don’t work. After hours number disconnected. Would give 0 stars if possible.
