Lendroths repair has had my snowblower for just short of 3 years now. They gave me a loaner which doesn’t even start. I have tried numerous times to get them to pick up this junk snowblower snd return my snowblower which needed repair but was like brand new. All I wanted was it returned so I can find someone to fix it or sell it to someone who can fix it for themselves. I’m 75 years and that snowblower cost me almost a thousand dollars at Home Depot. I had found Lendroth Repair LLC. from a local North Haven, CT Facebook group while searching for someone in town who could snowplow my elderly mother’s driveway. My family and I always try and support local business whenever we can. My mother met the owner and had to pay a flat price for his seasonal contract. The contract stated if there were less than 5 snowplows, she would be refunded half of her payment no later than April 1st. Her driveway got plowed only 1 time last winter.
