The staff at the branch are always helpful and friendly when I call. They are all great!
Trying to get a loan through landmark was a terrible experience. 2 separate times they had to try submitting my info in but after both times they had problems and couldn’t figure it out. And they’d say they would call me back when they got it figured out. Days would go by and I would hear nothing from them, eventually I called and told them I was just gonna go through another company. 2 weeks later we’re getting letters from them that they had ran our credit twice. Just not a professional company at all
It was nice and fast
I had an issue with my bank account in the last few months and I called the office to let them know that I may be late with my payment.. The person who answered the phone looked up my account and let me know that I was a full payment ahead. And offered solutions to assist me with my issues. He even said that I could come in and apply to refinance (to give me some breathing room) until I got my affairs in order. It is a breath of fresh air to get understanding from a lender and options rather than just "we want our money". Es... read more
