This is my second time working with Lenderfi and the service was awesome. I was contacted when the rates dropped and of course I was skeptical about closing without having to resubmit all my previous documents. True to their word, I was approved and closed so quickly I almost didn't believe I was really done. I plan on using them again in the future when I'm ready to lessen my loan term.

LenderFi's refinance rates were the best compared to the others listed. I applied online and received the best offer compared to four other lenders. The experience was amazingly easy. The documentation they needed was very simple and very few. At times it felt too good to be true, but everything went off without a hitch. Everyone was quick to respond and helpful. I couldn't imagine a quicker and easier process for refinancing. I would absolutely use them again.

I called to see if I can get a refi to pay off some pesky loans I accumulated. I was denied. OK, I didn't know why, but whatever. Two days later I get a call from another person. He asked for the exact documents including additional docs to present a case. I was getting hopeful that I was actually getting a refi. This Borrower applied for a loan with us on 3/31/17. Because the borrower was doing a cash-out refinance and using a power of attorney we were unable to approve it. We underwrite to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and follow all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
