AGREE I've had wonderful experiences with Lenco. We have an aging system that we need to make last until we are ready to replace the unit, and they've been great figuring out a cost effective way to keep the AC going. Nice folks too.
extremely disappointed – After hiring Lenco for an inspection of our house before buying it, they neglected to point our serious flaws in our heating and AC systems. We paid over $1000 for upgrades to the system which did nothing to solve the problem and only then was it revealed to us that we had a "poorly designed system". Customer service overall was an unprofessional mess of unreturned phone calls and when an date for service was available we were offered one hour time slot per week, take it or leave it. Heat or AC, these guys rock! I was referred to Lenco by two seperate friends of mine, one an architect, the other a contractor. The whole team is great. Terry writes out clear estimates and the installers are punctual, clean and lay down canvas tarps to avoid damaging carpet or floors. When it got to hot from my Grandma who lives in the valley, I referred Lenco with out hesitiation. It was a large, 3 day job and she was so pleased with the whole team.
