With a heavy heart, I will tell you this is not a place to rent from. We rented for 3 years from them and they took forever to fix anything broken. Their repair man is a cobbler and not a repair man. The last 6 months we had almost no hot water. The repair man worked on it 6 times and never fixed it. No dishwasher for 4 months and when we moved out they tried to charge us for removing a satellite dish that we didn't put there or used. Been renting from this company for almost a year and we are not disappointed at all! We’ve been renting from many other companies over the years and this company is the best. Even the move in process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

This company is a blessing! I’m a single momma and last year I had just moved and the company I was working was HORRIBLE and get stringing me along for over a month.
