We have been with Lenard Properties since 2012. They are more then property managers to us, they have become good friends to us. They have always been their for us and take care our properties efficiently. I will always refer people that are looking to rent or need a property management team to Lenard Properties. Thank you for all you do for us.
They specifically wanted me to elaborate on my one-star review. Presumptuous and rude. The company treats active tenants more like property placeholders than residents of a home. Came to a friend's new rental to help her move in, and the place was in complete disarray. It looked like a human hadn't been inside the house in several years. Really terrible experience, they have no maintenance ability, there lead maintenance once told me these are low income we don’t care about these people….he was a younger skinny guy with glasses n what appeared to be his attempt at facial hair
Very nice place to live!
I have only lived here a few months, but have been very happy and comfortable. All the staff have been great! Neighbors are very friendly and nice. Very quiet also.
