Ok I have lived here for 7 years. The grounds are dirty, appliances are old, no play grounds, pools, clubhouse. No amenities at all. Old washer and dryer that took 4 months for them to fix. Now I’m hearing that applicants get to live in the same apartments I work my butt off to afford with rent vouchers plus I hear they will be raising our rent a couple hundred dollars next renewal when does this stop. Why does the Vinyl Siding on all the New Homes start to warp and/or fall off within the first few months of completion ? I'm taking about all the Homes being built by all developers.
