This was the worst experience of my life. They sold me a 2023 Hyundai Elantra (brand new 10 miles) and it has electrical issues. After months of calling and texting the dealer, even showing up to get the car looked at NOTHING WAS DONE. This business deserves a rating far lower than a zero because their business practices are a scam. My wife bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson from the company and a few days later she got slightly hit on the side by an old lady driver. We took photographs of the damage and then sent it to the insurance company who assessed it and decided the cost of repairing the vehicle was in the neighborhood of $2000.We took the cars to the body shop of the same company on the 25th and asked them to give us an estimate of the cost to repair the... read more

I purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe on 10/15 on 11/29 I had to have it towed to the service dept. because it stalled out on the beltway. They had to order the pet from Korea which was due in on 12/28 today is 1/8 and the part still hasn't arrived. I've asked Len S. and Hyundai to give me another vehicle and they keep this one, the only way they'll do that is if I trade my vehicle in which would make my payments higher. Business manager lied through his teeth to sell me on a lease. Told me they'd give me the value of the vehicle I wanted. Gave 2000 less as shown on finance forms. Said I was paying 1400 with tax and fees. Tax was 400 something and they used excess to make it look like I was getting more for my trade early on (Yes, they lied about how much tax I had to pay). The worst place ever. I was treated very disrespectful. My car was given back to me after being in the shop for over a month with oil stains all over my car. Side back passenger door is cracked. Some one has been driving my car cause over 60 miles was put on my car since being in their shop.
