I had to take my Chevy Cruz back to Len Stoler Chevrolet because of a letter I received from Chevrolet stating there was a problem with some of the 2013 Cruz’s intake pressure valve that can cause excess air to crack the diaphragm therefore causing engine failure. The check engine light illuminated with the code the letter specified so I took it in to be fixed for FREE. I got a call from the mechanic stating I had to pay $980 because 2 other parts were broken when they were taking my car apart & the recall can’t be fixed wit... read more

Renee was fantastic to work with! She helped us figure out a different situation with no hassle on our part! And she was great with our 3 children we had with us!

Let me start with my history. My father was a technician, salesman, GSM, and GM during my childhood. I worked at 3 dealerships as well. I was a lot attendant, technician, and then Service Advisor. My husband was a technician. I know accidents happen. When I took my Cadillac Escalade to Len Stoler the first time after purchase I spent $1400 to fix the AC. I was 8 months pregnant and was not worried about the cost because it’s much easier to pay someone else to do it. I knew ou...Continue Reading

My fiancé and I have been looking in the market for a new vehicle for a few weeks. We came across a GREAT deal on the new Chevy Blazer AWD at Len Stoler. We took the drive( about an hour from us) on a Saturday morning. Our salesman Evan “Tiny” was fantastic! Not pushy at all( mind you we’ve been in a dozen dealerships the last few weeks), Evan was friendly and very informative but allowed us to move at our own pace. They also offered me MORE then my payoff for my trade-in( other dealer we visited were low balling me ).The us... read more

Renee and Ray are awesome! We live a few hours away, but it was so worth the drive. We love our 2020 Blazer. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

My husband was there and bought a used truck. We live 1 hour away from the dealership. He left today with his truck not filled up with gas and the truck was not even cleaned throughly. There are crumbs in the cup holders, marks on the door, and dust. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone we know. Not happy with them at all. If you need a car or truck go somewhere else.

Business response:

I'm very disappointed with the service from Len Stoler Chevrolet. I purchased a car last Wednesday. I had been inquiring for weeks and weeks prior, went to look at it in person and was informed the car was still in the process of inspection and that it would be ready June 24th. I went to Len Stoler to sign paperwork and place deposit and still the car had not been touched due to a part/oil pump they were waiting for in the mail that arrived on the 24th. A representative felt bad and told me the honest truth that they hadn't ... read more

We had a great experience leasing our Traverse. Renee was friendly and very personable. Price negotiations were positive and they worked hard to meet our price. It was fast and easy. We recommend Len Stoler Chevrolet and ask for Renee. It was nice to see their sales manager Ray out on the floor and greeting customers. He was very personable as well.
