On April 3, my car was towed there because it needs a new engine. On Apr 11, the new engine was received by the service department. We were told that it would be done end of day April 15. Then we were told April 16. Today we have been told April 19 maybe. I understand there are a lot of moving parts to putting in a new engine but it has been almost 2 weeks. The rental coverage is gone and I need my car back.

Don't recommend any dealership they all over charge. 500 bucks to change a wire. 700 bucks to change a sensor is a strait rip off.!.!
