I was an awesome experience, Marselo Gutierrez was an great person to deal with. I was totally satisified. I recommend this place to buy a car and Marselo he was very understanding and gave me exactly what i wanted. Love my 2018 Chevy trax.
Everyone from the time I entered the serving bay was immediately efficient and friendly. I was actually taken to the person whom needed to enter my information. He double checked everything that I stated why I brought my vehicle to them. I was also informed that although I bought my vehicle somewhere else I could bring my vehicle to their facility for EVERYTHING due to my vehicle being a Chevy. My first experience with Len Lyall was in the sales department and I was not impressed. I felt pressured from both the sales person and his manager. I had no intentions of returning until I spoke to Rob Hughes. Not only was he helpful in getting me to the right sales person but he was knowledgeable and professional.
Naro was VERY attentive from start to finish even when I was completely indecisive. He helped me find the most amazing car and I would refer anyone to him!

My daughter was shopping for a very specific vehicle and having a li.ited budget we selected Len Lyall Chevrolet because of stock and specifically staff Mr. Salas. From beginning to delivery, my daughter was treated with dignity, honesty, and fairly by Mr. Salas. Not only did my daughter get the vehicle she was looking for months; Mr. Salas worked and was able to figure her monthly payment to fit comfortably with our daughter's tight budget, Mr. Salas also personally delivered the vehicle to her!
