I grew up on 60th and LaSalle Street in Chicago I used to go to Lems everyday on 59th State Street right across from the barber shop to my uncle home I wouldn't be surprised if someone notices my photo from back in the 80s when I used to come to Lems every day trading apples for chicken wings to the lady that used to cook the chicken wings me and my friends I've always been in love with their rib tips and hot link combo it's always been my favorite going up on fools like this is what keeps the soul going I would like to say ... read more

Patron this establishment every so often and decided to stop by after work. Love their bbq...only issue I had (and I really hate this) was with the person fixing my order not washing his hands after he rubbed his eye (he said smoke was in his eye)...I mentioned it and another worker fixed me a new order...as much as I Love it....I won't be back....:-(
Went there yesterday had 3 orders 2 small ends and large rib tips. Sorry but none of us cared for it. My meat seemed old.

Loved It! Nothing like some delicious rib tips on a bed of fries with some kick ass hot sauce.
