Thought I had found a place I could trust with my car. Unfortunately the kill switch I had installed caused problems. Three times it killed my battery. Each time the battery needed to be replaced after being towed to the dealership to reprogrammed. The third time I told them to just take the kill switch out because I was tired of this happening every month. When they took it out they found it to me taped together instead of soldered. Stay far away from this company… I made the terrible decision to do business with them and dealt with Eddie. Came in for a simple diagnostic and was charged for services I didn’t agreee to. Paid for a 360$ compressor but mechanic told me they put the cheaper part in my car. Less than 24 hours later, I have no AC in the car I’m out 700$ and these guys wasted my time after lying to me. I had my second amazing experience with Lemon Chasers yesterday. A friend who's a bit of a car collector/enthusiastic recommended them a few years ago, and on both visits I got A+ customer service, much lower than expected bills, perfect and fast repairs and they even cleaned the driver and passenger seat of my car. They even replaced my door handle, which I was certain would be a return visit. Love this place and if I ever have car problems again I'll know there's a place that will treat me right and take care of business!

I have been bringing my vehicles here since I moved to Orlando and it’s the only place I bring them. Stuart and Eddie are very kind and knowledgeable about the industry and are very willing to work with you to find options that work. They’ve even shown my what the issue was and explained how it happened and how to help prevent it from happening again.

Today, I went to a place to check the issue with my car's engine light, and the staff told me it would be free. I made it very clear that I wanted to first check the issue with the light and discuss the oil change later. However, without confirming with me, they changed the oil and charged us $145. Walmart charges only $60 for an oil change—why would I go there for an oil change? After arguing with them repeatedly, they charged me $120, but I still believe this is a case of aggressive selling.
